Winners announced for the eBay Sellers Challenge

Congratulations to the following winners of the eBay Sellers Challenge, a contest designed to spark the entrepreneurial spirit among eBay sellers. Participants submitted a business plan in one of four categories and created a short video to share their passion for selling on eBay and why they want to grow their business.

Meet the winners:

First-time Sellers on eBay

Grand Prize Winner: Tori Nichel
Runners up: Sam Widman

Part-time Sellers on eBay
Grand Prize Winner: Ryan Pugh
Runners up: Silas Martine and family

Full-time Sellers on eBay
Grand Prize Winner: Janell Anderson-Ehrke
Runners up: John Eastman

U.S. Veterans and Service Members
Grand Prize Winner: Thomas Costello
Runners up: Jesse Carmona

Grand prize winners were awarded $25,000 from eBay to bring their business plans to life. They will also receive free marketing advice and support from the company. The runners up were awarded $5,000 each to pursue their plans for starting or growing a business on eBay.
